We made friends!!! (Streaky Bay)

Emilia and Jackson with Holly and Max (and Max;s penguin toy which Jackson loved!).
We finally met some like minded people  with young children! It was great to spend the afternoon socialising with Kate and Glenn whilst the kids played (they also loved having others to play with & couldn't wait to get up the next morning to see their new friends).
Streaky Bay was great for this reason alone but also because:
- We went to an engine museum (yes a museum just for all types of engines from the early 1900's onwards, and all restored to working order). They lovely old guys running it relished showing us 2 engines that were over 100 years old and still ran. Jackson was in his element.
- We found a cafe with amazing coffee and cakes! (Daniel also added that the bakery was great too!)

Just a little touch

- We camped right on the beach and could paddleboard in the calm bay.
- We saw a replica of a huge shark caught with a rod and reel (Milly would only go near it with me holding her).
- Daniel caught more blue swimmer crabs so we had another feed of crab, garlic and olive oil pasta - YUM.
- The sunsets were spectacular.
